SACRAMENTO - As California Archives Month gets under way, Secretary of State Debra Bowen is inviting Californians to learn about their own history and attend events hosted by state and local groups.
SACRAMENTO - Updated voter registration numbers released by Secretary of State Debra Bowen today show 23.1 percent of California voters registered without a political party preference – an all-time high. A total of 17,634,876 Californians are registered to vote.
SACRAMENTO - As early as September 5, California county elections officials will start the process of mailing November ballots to California voters serving in the military or living abroad.
