With the election less than a month away, the campaign to pass Proposition 19, the marijuana legalization initiative, is pulling in some high-dollar donations. The initiative would make it legal for Californians 21 and older to grow and possess up to an ounce of marijuana. Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger just signed a law that reduced the penalty for possession of an ounce from misdemeanor to an infraction. It still carries a $100 fine.
